Meet Lynne Woodard-Caffey with Red Realty!

Hello, my name is Lynne Woodard Caffey. Welcome to my bio and thank you for taking the time
to find out a little more about me and my team!

I was born and raised in Rutherford County. I have seen this county go from two lane roads to
five lanes and bypasses! I still believe it is a fabulous place to live! (The reason so many people are
locating here)

I have 19 years of Real Estate experience and have seen the many ups and downs of the market. I was raised in a family of construction and flipping homes. That must be the reason for my love of Real
Estate! I just completed a 3.5-year venture of selling 110 new construction homes! It was hectic but a
huge learning experience. I have worked short sales, foreclosures, land, farms, and dabbled in some
commercial. Bringing buyers and sellers together is what we do best! There is no deal too small or large
for us to handle. I believe that part of being a successful Realtor is surrounding yourself with the
experienced people to make it all work. I have made a lot of contacts over the years and surround
myself with excellent people from inspections to surveys and much in between!

I can honestly say I love my career! There is a huge satisfaction in helping clients with the
biggest purchase/sale in their lifetime! It can be a stressful situation when moving and juggling your
lives, but we try to take a lot of that stress off you knowing we have your back! I have always treated
every deal like I would do my own! Every transaction is unique to that person, situation, and property. I
have built a team with the same level of dedication and expertise when working with our clients. I am
proud to say that we did over 23 million in sales last year!!!
